Our department has two sections, that is, Bioengineering and Biomaterials. At present we have two faculty members in Section of Bioengineering and one member in Section of Biomaterials. As for education program for the undergraduates, we are giving lectures for basic physics, dental engineering, and dental materials sciences. All of the members are also working as research staffs of Center for Regenerative Medicine, where they are conducting a research project “Hard tissue reconstruction system harmonizing with the biological environment “ granted from MEXT (2010-2014 fiscal year), Japan.
